We originally lived in Washington State and work brought us to Florida, after living in Orlando and Altamonte Springs for many years, We fell in love with the Lake Mary / Sanford Area and purchased this property.

We recently decided to move to a bigger home, and simply couldn’t see our selfs renting our property to someone full time, Also couldn’t imagine ever selling our property, so we came up with the idea of making it a Vacation Rental, and really we couldn’t get any more enjoyment out of what we’re doing, we love being able to accommodate people at our home.

We have had very happy memories in our home and just hope that our guests can keep having these memories & enjoy our home as much as we do.
